New venue - Clarion Sign Hotel
Stockholm Miniature Fair – an experience for everyone who loves miniatures and dollhouses!
Welcome as an exhibitor to an inspiring fair filled with miniatures and dollhouses in scales 1:12 (1:10 for antique miniatures), 1:24, and 1:48. Here, collectors, makers, and enthusiasts meet to discover, create, and share everything related to dollhouses, roomboxes, and dioramas.
The fair offers a unique opportunity to reach an engaged audience and connect with both new and returning customers – all in an environment where the passion for small things can take center stage.
Time & Place
• Date: March 14, 2026
• Time: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Venue: NEW LOCATION – Clarion Hotel Sign, at Norra Bantorget, Stockholm.
Address: Östra Järnvägsgatan 35.
Parking is available in the adjoining garage, and the Central Station is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel.
• Set-up: 7:00 AM – 9:30 AM
Table Prices
Size: 60 x 120 cm
525 SEK per table for members of Miniatyrsällskapet
625 SEK per table for non-members
Size: 100 x 120 cm
625 SEK per table for members of Miniatyrsällskapet
725 SEK per table for non-members
The deeper tables allow for larger displays and provide extra space behind for card readers, packing materials, etc.
The new venue is 600 sqm, and all exhibitors will be located in the same room. The hall has excellent lighting but no windows. Power outlets will be available for all exhibitors.
Our Goal for the Fair
Miniatyrsällskapet aims to provide all visitors with a high-quality and enjoyable experience.
We strive for a well-balanced mix of:
• Handcrafted, unique miniatures
• Do-it-yourself materials
• Miniatures produced in larger quantities
Selection of Exhibitors
• We reserve the right to compose the list of exhibitors based on the applications received.
• If we need to decline an exhibitor, the booking fee will of course be refunded.
• If you cancel your participation, we unfortunately cannot refund the table fee unless the table can be resold to someone on the waiting list.
Rules for the Fair Day
• Only rented tables may be used. Bringing your own tables, easels, or displays beside the table is not permitted.
• Your space consists of the table and the area directly behind it. This ensures we can accommodate as many exhibitors as possible and meet safety requirements in case of evacuation.
• Many exhibitors find they don’t have time to shop during the fair. Therefore, set-up must be completed by 9:30 AM so exhibitors can shop from each other before opening.
• Packing up may begin when the fair closes at 3:00 PM. Visitors arriving late should still have the opportunity to experience the full fair.
Book a Table (we release tables in stages - you can register on a waiting list)
Step 1
When you register, please fill in the form with:
• A short description of what you plan to sell
• A link to your website or social media (e.g.,https://www.instagram.com/xxxxxxx/)
Step 2
A photo for the website, social media, and fair brochure must be submitted no later than January 15, 2026.

• The photo should be square
• File size: Minimum 400 kB and maximum 2 MB
• Note: Non-square photos will be cropped. We take no responsibility for how the image is cropped or for insufficient image quality.
• You cannot refer to previously submitted photos, but you may resend a photo used in previous years.
• If no image is received on time, your space in social media and the brochure will be left blank.
